99mTc-Macroaggregated Albumin (MAA) is a lung perfusion agent used in Nuclear Medicine. Due to better image resolution and sensitivity of 68Ga labelled radiopharmaceuticals using PET systems we have explored radiolabelling of MAA with 68Ga. The aim of this study is to determine if there is any variation in labelling efficiency of 68Ga-MAA with varying number of particles and fixed amount of 68Ga-chloride activity. There was no significant variation in labeling efficiency with the number of particles. We obtained more than 90% labelling efficiency for all fractions of particles
