Donkin formula application in the energy analyzer theory
- 1. Sankt-Peterburgskij Gosudarstvennyj Tekhnicheskij Univ., Sankt-Peterburg (Russian Federation)
Description
Estimation of the electron-optical features of the Donkin formula base potential shows the interest in possible practical application of conic type fields in monochromatization or the compression of wide spatial fluxes of charged particles. The area of source representation at the inlet when passing similar system is reduced (under certain conditions of activity) by over 100 times. In this case, the energy dispersion brought to the inlet within the motion plane is several times higher than the similar value of such well-known field, as, for example, that of plane condenser field
Abstract (Russian)
Additional details
