Description
The conventional roentgen examination of the chest (standard radiogram, spot film, esophagogram and tomogram) as a non-invasive method is basic in the evaluation of space-occupying mediastinal lesions. Most important is the analysis of the pleuro-mediastinal lines and stripes which represent the interfaces of mediastinal structures with the air containing lung tissue. Their normal and pathologic roentgen anatomy is described and demonstrated. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
(orig.)Additional details
