Description

In the Chapter 3 the results of experimental researches on study of ore polymetallic dust effect on animals organism are studied. With purpose of experimental bronchitis simulation 100 rats males of Wistar line were exposed to chronic inhalation dusting in the dust chambers by the Elovskaya method. Average dust concentration in the chamber makes up 50 mg/m3 at mean powder-like particle mass-media aerodynamic diameter 50 μm. Results of the study shows, that membrane destabilization is one of the leading mechanism of development in the bronchopulmonary system as well as in the tissues of liver and kidneys at chronic inhalation dusting of animals by the Akchatau polymetallic dust. Status of peroxide stress in the condition of continuous effect of the dust demands the search prophylactic remedies among substances the stabilizing bio membranes preventing excess production or connecting of products intensive peroxide oxidation of lipids
