Density spectrum of the electromagnetic component associated with high-energy cosmic ray muons
Description
The density spectrum of the electromagnetic component associated with high-energy cosmic ray muons has been calculated for the CKP model of nuclear interactions. It is found that the slope of the density spectrum obtained depends strongly on the atomic mass of the primary nucleus. Thus, experiment can provide information on the chemical composition of the primary cosmic radiation in the range 1014 to 1015 eV. (author)
