Automatic translation: As a basis for discussion with the responsible monitoring authorities the concept of a nuclear material security concept for presented the HTR module. It is essentially based on the procedure of the THTR-300. Characteristic of the concept is counting and balancing balls as proof of the intended use of fissile material. Als Grundlage für die Diskussion mit den zuständigen Überwachungsbehörden wird das Konzept eines Kernmaterialsicherungskonzeptes für den HTR-Modul vorgestellt. Es basiert im Wesentlichen auf die Vorgehensweise beim THTR-300. Kennzeichnend für das Konzept ist die Kugelzählung und Bilanzierung als Nachweis für die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung spaltbaren Materials. Für die Überwachung und Verifizierung werden behördeneigene Einrichtungen und Videokameras, Versiegelungs- und Containmentmaßnahmen vorgeschlagen.
