Description
The reliability of the parametrization of the S=1, T=1 residual interaction with a constant phenomenological parameter at non-zero energy is discussed; the induced interaction in the crossed channel seems to prevent the possibility of using the same parameter at energies greater than the Fermi energy and at zero energy.
