Radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy for low sensitivity tumor. Renal cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma

Description
Especially renal cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma are representative low radio-sensitivity tumor. The establishment of a new treatment strategy is expected for these tumors. The combined radioimmunotherapy aiming at enhancing 'Abscopal effect' is not yet established strategy but also promising one. There is not enough evidence about the best schedule, the dosage and the irradiating site. We should study the lot for the establishment of this new strategy in future. (author)
