Myocardial blood flow and relevant underlying factors in coronary patients

Description

The dependence between myocardial blood flow (MBF), functional state of myocardium and rheological properties of blood is studied in 111 coronary patients with different degrees of artherosclerosis of coronary arteries. Selective determination of MBF by 133Xe clearance was carried out during the angiographic investigation. Possible effect of functional factors on myocardium perfusion is shown
