Nuclear magnetic moment of 59Fe
Creators
- 1. Department of Physics, Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon 97331
Description
The nuclear magnetic moment of 59Fe has been determined to be absolute value μ= (0.29 +- 0.03) μ/subN/ based on measurement of the anisotropies of the γ radiation emitted following the decay of 59Fe oriented at low temperatures in Fe
