Creators

Description
Effects arising from the existence of a lower-l cutoff (l/sub min/) in heavy-ion fusion processes are discussed within the framework of the statistical theory. Both the fluctuation cross section as well as the angular cross-correlation function are seen to be qualitatively affected by l/sub min/
