Description
The chance discovery of an effusion is not uncommon in scintigraphy. The cases presented here were discovered only during the execution of an early time. Thus, it is possible to ignore the presence of an effusion in the absence of an acquisition in early time, while recognizing the signs of an effusion may allow better patient care by bringing clinicians to perform other complementary examinations for diagnostic purposes.
