Description
This paper discusses the release of fission products from coated fuel particles, the fission product carry-over and deposition in the reactor cycle by the coolant, and the decontamination of contaminated reactor cycle components of a high-temperature reactor with a helium turbine. It is shown that Kr 88, which is released by coolant gas leakage and emitted through the chimney, makes up most of the inhalation dose, while Cs 134, Cs 137, I 131, and Ag 110m are the most important sources of γ-radiation which are of major importance in inspections and maintenance because of the deposits they form on the various components of the coolant cycle. Die Arbeit befasst sich mit der Freisetzung von Spaltprodukten aus beschichteten Brennstoffteilchen, der Mitfuehrung und Ablagerung durch das Kuehlmittel im Reaktorkreislauf sowie mit der Dekontamination von verseuchten Reaktorkreislaufkomponenten eines Hochtemperaturreaktors mit Heliumturbine. Es zeigt sich, dass Kr 88 durch Kuehlgasleckage und Abgabe ueber den Schornstein den Hauptbeitrag zur Inhalationsdosis liefert, waehrend Cs 134, Cs 137, J 131 und Ag 110m die wichtigsten Gammastrahler sind, die durch Ablagerung auf den Kreislaufkomponenten fuer Inspektions- und Wartungsmoeglichkeiten entscheidend sind.
