Laser radiation effect with hν=1.96 eV on vanadium films during thermal annealing
Creators
Description
Structural and phase transformations in thin vanadium films in the course of stationary thermal treatment and simultaneous irradiation by 1.96 eV photon flow were studied. It is shown that as a result of irradiation stabilization of vacancy complexes vacancy-oxygen cation takes place at the expense of light quantum absorption. As a result, oxygen atoms transfer into one of its seven states, featuring inability to participate in oxidation. Irradiation permits regulating kinetics of film oxidation and preparing diverse oxides depending on annealing conditions and incident laser radiation power
