Mechanically activated solid-phase synthesis of copper(II), zinc(II), and cadmium(II) diethyldithiocarbamates

Description
Solid-phase interaction of cadmium chloride with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate is investigated using mechanical activation. Effect of conditions of mechanical treatment, following heating of activated mixtures and nature of reagents on the process development and the degree of initial components transformations into products of reactions is investigated. Cadmium diethyldithiocarbamate is separated by vacuum sublimation method. The degree of transformation of initial substances into cadmium(II) diethyldithiocarbamate is 97-99 %
Abstract (Russian)
Исследовано твердофазное взаимодействие хлорида кадмия с диэтилдитиокарбаматом натрия с применением механической активации. Изучено влияние условий механической активации, последующего прогревания активированных смесей и природы реагентов на ход процесса и степень превращения исходных веществ в продукты реакций. Методом вакуумной сублимации из механически активированных смесей выделен диэтилдитиокарбамат кадмия, степень превращения исходных веществ достигает 97-99 %Additional details
