Description
The assessment of the nuclear power plant safety is one of the safety principles; its application intends to lead to the improvement of safety in all the states that have nuclear power plants. The sensitivity analyses are an integral part of the probabilistic safety evaluation of the Cernavoda nuclear plant safety (CPSE - Cernavoda Probabilistic Safety Evaluation Study). An impact study of the changes in model and assumptions on final result gives a better perspective on study conclusions. The paper presents the impact on plant systems unavailability of the changes in components mean time to repair. (author)
