Feeding system for nuclear reactors with spherical fuel elements
Description
The present invention represents an improvement of the feeding system described in main patent No. 1589 532; it provides a deflection channel in the pathway of the spherical nuclear fuel particles. The particles will hardly lose kinetic energy as a result of this deflection; accordingly, the sequence of loading cycles can be shortened. (UWI)

Die Erfindung stellt eine Verbesserung der im Hauptpatent 1589 532 beschriebenen Beschickungsanlage dar, indem der Weg, den die kugelfoermigen Kernbrennstoffteilchen durchlaufen mit einem Umlenk-Kanal versehen wird. Die Teilchen verlieren beim Umlenken kaum kinetische Energie, man kann daher die Taktfolge beim Beschicken verkuerzen. (UWI)Files
