Studies of extremely neutron-deficient isotopes near the proton shell Z = 82
Description
In the framework of this thesis the radioactive decay of extremely neutron-deficient isotopes in the environment of the closed proton shell Z = 82 was studied. By the selection of nearly symmetrical target-projectile combinations light compound systems with low excitation energies far from the valley of β stability could be produced. Altogether ten new isotopes of the elements Au, Hg, Tl, Pb, and Bi were identified. They all show half-lives smaller than 300 ms. (orig./HSI)

Im Verlaufe dieser Arbeit wurde der radioaktive Zerfall extrem neutronenarmer Isotope in der Umgebung der abgeschlossenen Protonenschale Z = 82 untersucht. Durch die Wahl nahezu symmetrischer Target-Projektil-Kombinationen konnten leichte Compoundsysteme mit niedrigen Anregungsenergien weitab vom Tal der β-Stabilitaet hergestellt werden. Insgesamt zehn neue Isotope der Elemente Au, Hg, Tl, Pb und Bi wurden identifiziert. Sie alle weisen Halbwertszeiten kleiner 300 ms auf. (orig./HSI)
