Description
The isospin effects in nucleon-nucleus optical potential were studied on the basis of the data available on elastic and inelastic 1,5-6,0 MeV neutron scattering from even-A selenium nuclei. The direct interaction of neutrons is described in the coupled-channels formalism using the nonaxial soft nucleus model. Coupling of the 01+21+22+41= states is taken into account. A good agreement of the calculated neutron-scattering differential cross sections with the experimental ones in a wide region, with the ratio of the imaginary part of isospin potential to its real value being of about 1
