Two-dimensional electron vortices

Description

Two-dimensional electron vortices in homogeneous and inhomegeneoius plasma are considered. Equations for two-dimensional electron magnetohydrodynamics for the case of Z-pinch having axial symmetry are derived. Reasons for coincidence of two-dimensional equations of electron, ion and general hydrodynamics are considered. Existence of a large set of stable vortices in an inhomogeneous plasma is shown based on investigation of motion integrals; their drift velocity is calculated
