Progress of the targeted tumor therapy with α-emitting nuclides

Description
α-emitting nuclides are considered as very attractive in cancer therapy due to their strong radiobiological characteristics and cytotoxicity, especially for disseminated and micrometastatic tumors. In this paper, progress of the targeted tumor therapy with α-emitting nuclides are reviewed with 65 references. In addition, its present situation, problems and prospect are also discussed. (authors)
