Generation of nuclear data libraries for Laguna Verde nuclear power plant

Description
A panorama of activities developed by the group of generation of nuclear data libararies from nuclear energy department of electrical research institute which are members of reactor fuel management is presented in this papers. In nuclear data libraries basic physical parameters for different fuel assemblies presents in nuclear reactor core are found, which are the base for statical and dynamical studies performed by other work groups. In the case of Laguna Verde nuclear power plant the libraries generation group, was in charge of generation of nuclear data libraries corresponding nuclear fuel assemblies of second operation cycle of the nuclear station. In like manner, one of this nuclear fuel assemblies and also the methodology used in nuclear data library generation, are described, and finally some of the figures reached in generation of libraries for fuels in the second cycle of Laguna Verde nuclear power plant, compared with information given by fuel provider (Author)
