Study on the determination of coffea arabic radio sensibility curve

Description
The radiosensitivity curve of Coffea Arabic submitted to gamma irradiation from a 60Co source at the MRX-1500 with a dose power of 105 Gy/min was determined. For that study,. coffee seeds were irradiated at doses of 10,40,80 and 120 Gy, with a 40% of relative humidity; percentage of germination, height decrease, number and size of leaves, number and length of modes. As result of this analysis, GR50 and GR20 doses for searching genetic variability related to plant size reduction
