Research activities of gas appliance manufacturers in the Netherlands

Part 7 of the series 'Gas Research in the Netherlands' features manufacturers of gas appliances. Internationally, Dutch gas research is still prominent. Although research conducted by appliance manufacturers mainly focuses on the development of current products such as heat exchangers, control systems, burner development, pipe materials and flue gas discharge, attention is also paid to future opportunities: different applications of or additions to boilers such as micro cogeneration, electrical heat pumps and solar energy. 5 ills
