Some improving suggestions on using 3H-DHT radioimmunoassay kit

Description
The optimization using of 3H-DHT RIA Kit is studied. By narrowing the range of DHT standards, adjusting the proportion of labeled antigen and antibody, and using small volume liquid scintillation counting, the improved method makes the RIA sensitivity three times raised, a half of sample decreased and more than 80% of scintillation waste liquid reduced. The result shows that the fitting of improved calibration curve is of accuracy and precision. The correlativity of unimproved and improved method is quite well (r = 0.9211, P<0.01)
