Metallic glass: amorphous substitution alloys

Description
Phase state of multicomponent matter is analyzed on the criterion basis, according to which permission or prohibition of lattice spontaneous rearrangement (defrosting-freezing of short-range order) corresponds to transition from solid amorphous phase into liquid one or reversibly. In a model with Ising-Nacano hamiltonian the solidification point of amorphous substitution alloy is determined. Concentration dependence of solidification point is analyzed in case of binary amorphous alloy
