Homogenic salt and hydroxide systems as precursors for ceramic powders preparation
- 1. Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ., Moscow (Russian Federation)
Description
Paper studies the main techniques of synthesis of precursors to prepare ceramic powders. Techniques of isothermal and isoconcentration removing of microsupersaturation belonging to the equilibrium techniques and cryochemical technique and one of the variants of sol-gel process based on the anion treatment of aqueous solutions of multi-valent ion salts belonging to non-equilibrium techniques were considered in detail. Particular emphasis was placed on the development of kinetic method of analysis of topochemical processes of dehydration and decomposition of the precursors characterized by high chemical homogeneity. Technique to process the experimental data, that is, generalized kinetic model enabling in some cases elaborate recommendations to select the optimal conditions for decomposition of the initial reagents was proposed. 26 refs., 4 figs., 2 tabs
