Description

The results of X-ray analysis of initial and calcined danburite concentrate at 950-980 deg C are considered and presented in this article. The influence of temperature on chlorination rate of oxides contained in danburite concentrate was studied at 500-800 deg C during 1 hour. Reducer containing was 30%, the size of rock and coal was 0,1 mm. Dependence of extraction rate of oxides B2O3, Al2O3, Fe2O3 and Ca O on temperature, process duration, reducer concentration at chlorination of initial danburite concentrate was considered as well. Dependence of extraction rate of oxides B2O3, Al2O3, Fe2O3 and Ca O on temperature, process duration, reducer concentration at chlorination of pre-baked danburite concentrate was studied. The kinetics of chlorination of pre-baked danburite concentrate at optimal conditions was studied as well.
