Description

The experiments at the BFS-1 - microtron complex are supposed to be carried out on the following configurations: fast critical and sub-critical assembly with uranium and plutonium fuel and simulated sodium or lead coolant, fast-thermal critical and sub-critical system. The measured data will include: sub-criticality level, reaction rates axial and radial distributions, fission cross-section ratios, reactivity worth measurements, coolant voiding for fast blanket. A preliminary analysis is presented for one-directionally coupled system

Abstract (Russian)

Предполагается использовать комплекс BFS-1- микротрон для проведения экспериментов в следующих конфигурациях: быстрая критическая сборка и подкритическая сборка с урановым или плутониевым топливом и моделируемым натриевым или свинцовым охладителем; быстро-тепловая критическая и подкритическая система. Измеренные данные будут содержать информацию об уровне подкритичности, аксиальных и радиальных распределениях скорости реакции, соотношениях поперечных сечений и реактивной способности. Представлен предварительный анализ характеристик для односторонне-связанной системы
