Heat transfer crisis and liquid distribution between flow core and heated surface in annular channels

Description

Technique for the calculation of liquid distribution between the flow core and near-wall film and of critical power of annular channels with internal, external and two-side heating during uniform and heterogeneous heat release along the length is suggested. The technique is based on the dependence of resulting mass transfer intensity between the flow core and the film produced for pipes with uniform heat release with provision for mass transfer peculiarities between the core and the wall film in the annular channels. The technique suggested was used to calculate the critical power of the annular channels
