Polarization phenomena in reaction γ+3He → p+d
Description
Values of the longitudinal response functions are obtained from measurements of electron scattering cross-sections on the 12C nucleus. The analysis of these and previous data shows the Coulomb energy of 12C to be 7.97+-0.12 MeV
