Measurement and analysis of heavy ion reactions to the compound nuclei 32S and 24Mg near the yrast line
Description
In the first part of the present thesis excitation functions of the reaction 12C(20Ne,α)28Si are studied in the energy range Esub(CM)=7.8 to 17.2 MeV. The main part of the thesis is formed by the attempt to prove by means of the measurement of excitation functions and angular distributions of the reactions 12C(12C,α), 12C(12C,8Be), and 10B(14N,α) the existence of the (14+) member of the quasimolecular band presumed in the Compound-nucleus system 24Mg at an excitation energy of approx.=39 MeV. Im ersten Teil der vorliegenden Arbeit werden Anregungsfunktionen der Reaktion 12C(20Ne,α)28Si im Energiebereich Esub(CM)=7.8 bis 17.2 MeV untersucht. Den Hauptteil der Arbeit bildet der Versuch, mit Hilfe der Messung von Anregungsfunktionen und Winkelverteilungen der Reaktionen 12C(12C,α), 12C(12C,8Be) und 10B(14N,α) die Existenz des (14+)-Mitglieds der im Zwischenkernsystem 24Mg vermuteten quasimolekularen Bande bei einer Anregungsenergie von approx.=39 MeV nachzuweisen.
