Description
This document is the public inquiry file regarding the project of a 1,924 MW ground photovoltaic power plant made of 6424 solar panels covering a 2,9 hectares surface on the territory of the municipality of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val (Tarn-et-Garonne, Occitanie region, France). It comprises: the public inquiry notice, the opinion of the environmental authority and the answers of the project owner to the questions raised by the environmental authority, the construction licence file and its comprehensive environmental impact study, the public inquiry report and the conclusions of the inquiry commissioner followed by several administrative documents attached in appendixes
