Pion nucleus interaction
Description
We discuss the pion nucleus interaction. In the delta region, the delta isobar plays an important role as a doorway to various channels. In the GeV region, the interaction of pion with nucleon becomes weaker and the description of the interaction in terms of the Glauber theory becomes feasible. (author)
