Energy markets and petroleum geo-policy, 1990-2030

The first part of this analyze deals with a presentation of the main energy equilibrium evolution still 2030 with a special interest for the emerging economies in the increase of the world energy demand. The increase of the world energy exchanges and the process of relative concentration of the petroleum offer on the Middle East are also presented. The second part specifies the petroleum case.
