Comments on Tony Grey's paper
Description
Grey's views on future uranium trade are considered to be optimistic. Reasons for this opinion include real price rises for energy, a strong likelihood of continued anti-nuclear sentiment and continued government intervention. The 1979 OECD/IAEA estimates on resources, production and demand continued the trend of showing substantial downward revisions in projections for nuclear power capacity. Estimates for production capabilities were higher than in the previous survey
