The vacuum protector of klystron for the 200 MeV electron LINAC at NSRL

Description

The vacuum protector providing high quality of safety for high power klystrons is reported. The response time of the device is less than 15 ms. It can work reliably at the klystron corridor with strong electromagnetic interference
