The inherent single-molecule magnet character of trivalent uranium
- 1. School of Chemistry, University of Nottingham (United Kingdom)

Description
Three uranium(III) complexes with distinctly different structures and compositions are all shown to display slow relaxation of the magnetization. This study greatly expands the range of slowly relaxing uranium complexes, and demonstrates that this behavior is not limited to specific ligand types or molecular symmetries.
