Bands and optical spectra of the Bi2Te3, Bi2Se3 crystals

Description
Optical spectra of the Bi2Te3 and Bi2Se3 crystals within the range of 1-12 eV include 17-18 maxima. Their nature is discussed in terms of the combined-density spectra of states for the both crystals. The complexes of optical functions are calculated on the basis of the reflectivity spectra of Bi2Se3 precisely measured at 80 and 293 K in the region of 1-4.5 eV and at 293 K in the region of 4.5-12 eV
