Description
Vincristine treatment alone does not evoke estimable histological damage in solid Ehrlich carcinoma. However, when combined with fractionated local X-irradiation it causes more severe damage than the irradiation alone, consequently vincristine has a synergistic effect in radiation therapy. Comparing the effects of irradiation of the same total dose fractionated differently and combined with vincristine, one cannot find any characteristic and consequent histological differences. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Unter Wirkung von alleiniger Vincristin-Behandlung sind im soliden Ehrlich-Karzinom keine schaetzbaren histologischen Schaedigungen zu finden. Die mit fraktionierter oertlicher Roentgenbestrahlung kombinierte Vincristin-Behandlung verursacht hingegen eine schwerere Schaedigung als die Strahlenbehandlung, das heisst, dass die Vincristin-Behandlung auf die Strahlentherapie synergetisch wirkt. Beim Vergleich der Wirkung verschieden fraktionierter Bestrahlungen von der gleichen Dosis, kombiniert mit Vincristin-Behandlung, koennen keine charakteristischen und konsequenten Unterschiede festgestellt werden.
