Description
Applying the methods of infrared spectroscopy in conjunction with mass spectrometry, it was established that in the reaction of H2O photolysis on berillium oxide at 300-600 K and room temperature firmly adsorbed water, having 3686 and 3280 cm-1 adsorption bands in infrared spectra were exposed to decomposition. It was also shown that with the growth of the hydroxyl layer on BeO surface the increase of photosorption activity of oxide relancrease of photosorption activity of oxide relative to oxygen takes place
