Diffusion effects in HTSC oxides

Description
A model for describing oxygen labelled atom diffusion in HTSC with quasiplanar structure taking account of a possibility of isotope exchange by oxygen in the direction of the crystal Z axis, is constructed. YBa2Cu3O7 compound appears to be the particular investigation object
