Response to weak UHF radiation of NbSe3 quasi-one-dimensional conductor in UHF pumping presence

Description
Experimental study was made on NbSe3 crystals at T<59 K under the effect of weak UHF signal with COc frequency under the condition, that the crystal is located in constant electric field and UHF pumping field with E0 and Epump intensities, providing conditions of wave depinning of charge density. Response to UNF radiation of less than 0.1 μW power at UNF pumping power of the order of 10 μW was obtained
