Description

Thermoelectrical properties and crystal structure of compounds in (Ce, Pr, Nd)-Co-Ga systems are investigated. Presence of RMGa4 compound with YNiAl4-type is found. Thermo-EMF dependences for CeCoGa4 and PrCoGa4 compounds are built
