Hydrogen absorption studies in Zr0.2Ho0.8CoFe
- 1. Magnetism and Magnetic Materials Laboratory, Department of Physics, Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai (India)
Description
Zirconium based cubic laves phase compounds have been the focus of attention as possible hydrogen storage materials due to their remarkable hydrogen absorption characteristics. The hydrogen absorption studies in Zr0.2Ho0.8Co2 alloy gives rise to distinct two phase (α + β) plateau region, whereas in Zr0.2Ho0.8Fe2 alloy, the lower plateau region is not distinct
