Thallium-201 and gallium-67 avidity in an intermediate grade T cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma
- 1. Royal North Shore Hospital, Crows Nest, NSW (Australia)
Description
Gallium-67 scanning is an important staging and diagnostic procedure in the assessment of patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). The use of thallium-201 chloride scanning in NHL is far less recognised, particularly with regard to its utility in lower grade disease. The authors present the case of a patient with T cell NHL which demonstrated marked thallium-201 avidity. 12 refs., 1 fig
