Critique to the report of the Enquete Commission 'Future Atomic Energy Policy'

After a short explanation of the aim, task and composition of the Enquete Commission a summarized account of the recommendations of the commission was given. A critique to the commission's recommendations followed subsequently from the German Atom-Forum and is arranged thematically in the following divisions: energy-supply and extension of atomic-power stations, nuclear waste management and reprocessing, breed-reactor technology, high-temperature-reactor technology. Result: the question of the peaceful use of atomic energy has not been finally decided: it remains open - wide open. (UA)
