The PWR and energy policy
Description
The costs of nuclear power and the accounting method used by the CEGB to justify the proposed Sizewell B nuclear power plant are discussed. It is concluded that a flexible energy policy is required where the important option is to raise the efficiency with which energy is produced. A thorough and radical revision of energy policy is suggested. (U.K.)
