Description
The aim was to validate an immunoenzymatic competition test in liquid phase (ELISA/CFL) developed for the qualitative and quantitative detection of antibodies to foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) serotypes O and A. Specificity and sensitivity of the ELISA/CFL make it a valuable instrument for evaluating the immune conditions of herds as well as the immune response and immunity duration in vaccinated animals
