A new design of the low γ background shield room
Description
A new square lead shield room has been introduced. It is used as the shield room of coaxial high-purity germanium detector. The old lead as the material of shielding has been choised. After using this equipment, the background is 0.5% as it was. The counts of the background between the energy of 0-2.7 MeV is 72 cpm
